For the last 2 days of being in New York a pop-up food market opened up in Madisan Square until early October. It’s hosts a range of New York’s popular restaurants- which is great, as I didn’t have enough time to visit all the ones that I wanted. There was a range of stalls from ‘Brooklyn Oyster Party’, ‘Red hook lobster pound’, ‘ Doughnuttery’ and Momofuku milk bar. The only problem…there is too much choice, so I returned twice for lunch.
I choose a cabbage, apple and ginger miso Vietnamese summer rolls from two tablespoons….which put mine to shame!
Korean beef tacos from Seoul Lee Korean BBQ
And finally, cold peanut noodles from Hong Kong Street Market
